		Tube Dedimplers (3) T&H Lemont's automatic tube dedimplers quickly and efficiently remove all indentations from the cut ends of tubes and pipes up to 5 inches in diameter. We can incorporate our dedimplers into any of our mill systems to produce complete, dependable pipe producing solutions.




		AutoSet System The latest product from T&H Lemont to improve the productivity of Pipe and Tube Mills. The system provides fast and precise adjustment of strip and/or rim gaps to minimize set-up time and improve quality. Using the latest encoder and drive technology, the AutoSet System is available at an unprecedented value and can be applied to any existing mill. A complete mill adjustment can be accomplished automatically without the use of hand tools. The system is designed for comprehensive mill upgrade of the Breakdown Fin and Sizing sections.




		T&H PRO Display Video T&H Lemont PRO Display Video monitor, provides a new level of pipe & tube mill productivity infor mation. More than just a FPM indicator, the PRO Display Video presents key metrics of speed, lineal footage, downtime and uptime. Target vs. actual rates are continuously displayed to increase productivity. All data is logged to memory and exported to your com puter for analysis. Additional features include remote display from any plant PC, text message alert of machine downtime, and E-mail report of shift performance.




		Seam Orientation Stands (5) The T&H Lemont Seam Orientation Stand is designed to locate the weld seam in any location on the "mother" tube between the 10 o'clock and the 2 o'clock position. The Seam Orientation Stand is located after the induction welding section to maintain the weld seam at top, dead center to insure proper annealing of the tube and pipe weld seam. Likewise, when forming shapes from a round tube or pipe, the Seam Orientation Stand can maintain the weld seam at top, dead center during the shaping process. If the customer specification calls for the weld seam to be moved from top, dead center, the T&H Lemont Seam Orientation Stand can easily move and maintain the weld seam in the desired location.
